Welcome to Pilates with Tracey

Pilates is a fantastic form of exercise for any person of any age, sex or level of fitness.


Please come and try my classes. I am a Level 3 Body Control Pilates Instructor who teaches small groups or 1:1 with programmes designed around my clients to enable them to improve their core strength, flexibility, general well being and aid recovery from injury. Most of all we like to have fun and feel good.
